So I moved from Multnomah into Washington county and ran out to get my CHL switched over. $30 and awaiting another BGC just 3 months after the last one. Wow. We need to work on making this silly thing more transfer friendly. It's bad enough we already have to pay for a Constitutional Right, the continued fees and taxing should be stopped.
