Larue for QD, Geissele for non. The factory mount is just fine for non-QD though. I only have the Geissele because it looks cool and was on sale. It is really nice though.

I went with BOBRO for the TA-31. Holds zero taking it off and on. I kept the factory mount just in case someone might need one.

Larue, ADM, Bobro are the big 3, I haven't bought Larue in years because ADM and Bobro adjust to out of spec rails either tool-lessly or automatically, rather than brute forcing fitment by shaving metal off the bottom of your rails.
