I've seen this on other discussion forums....
If I start a thread, right next to my name it will show [OP]. It's Stands for Original Post or Poster.
On all subsequent posts I make to that thread I started, it puts the same [OP] designation next to my name.
After about 7-10 posts in any particular thread it's really helpful for following along.
It helps everyone know if the [OP] makes addition points or comments, questions and even if they solved the original issue, etc.
The way it is now, I find my self scrolling to the top of every thread, try to memorize who the OP is and then scroll back down to finish reading.
