$.25, Thats a lot for x39!
Why not just get a 9mm or .22 insert, .32 is an odd caliber.
Or buy the .22 WASRs that are around $200

I'd really like a 7.62x25 insert for everything.

I just saw an ad for adaptors to shot a .32auto in a 7.62x47r and I can remember when I had an old "Marbles" adaptor that allowed you to shoot .32auto in a 30-06.

Why not .32auto in a 7.62x39 ? Low noise, no recoil....

I guess the demand isn't there yet.

Hmmm. I wonder if I could cut down one of the 7.62x47r adaptors...:s0131:

I wasn't thinking about the barrel... just throwing ideas out....:)

And neither of those cal. conversions exist... for good reason as you have pointed out.

Found the ad and it looks like I was a little off base with this one.:s0131:

The .32 ACP inserts are for .308, 303 or 30-06.

The 7.62x25 ACP inserts are for 7.62x54r, or .303
RE:The Sportsman's Guide Cat.223452 pp44

I'll have to pick-up a.308 cartridge and see if maybe the .308/.32auto insert could be cut down a little to fit a 7.62x39 ;)

*My lathe has nothing to do and it's getting bored.

For .308, 303 and 30-06 the savings are incredible on ammo. For x54r to x25 its still quite a good bit saved.

one of the reviews for this adapter mentioned using a philips head to flip out the spent x25 cartridge... Im really interested to see what your experiences are with it - are the savings on ammo worth the time spent with single shots.
