With only 3% of those with a previous DUI conviction committing a gun crime over the next 12 years, I'd say legal gun buyers are not the problem, "irresponsible" or otherwise. They'd be a lot better off focusing on people who obtain firearms illegally.

I'm much more concerned about the implications of egg heads having access to these data.
