Wasn't it Danish UN troops that stood by and watched dozens of civilians massacred? I pity the fool who would invite or allow foreign troops in any number more than a company. I just don't think whoever they send will have the stomach for a tussle.

While probably a bad piece of treaty work, it won't become effective, regardless of what the WND article says, until and unless Congress approves it by a 2/3 majority. That is a part of the US Constitution, which, at least at the time I am writing this, is the law of the land...
