Thanks everyone. We tried Commonwealth Lake Park. Nice little area. Nothing was biting but we weren't there at an ideal time. Not many weeds visible.

If you visit there again, try the creek ditch right near the walking bridge closest to the playground area. My youngest son caught lots of pan fish out of the ditch.
