This is Wakefield rd south of Elma, Ive seen it over the levy rd before and the destruction to the road and telephone cables personally.

Yeah it got pretty wet up here for a couple of days. Now the sun is out, blue sky but cold. The fish crossing the road is nothing new. Every year we get floods up here and every year the news channels film the fish crossing the road. I have lived in Puget Sound since the 70's. The fish were crossing the road back then also.
