Out of curiosity, when did you complete a Form 4473 for the transaction record?

They had me do the 4473 after I was approved by the ATF and it showed up a week later .

I read that Silencer Central is in an experiment with the ATF. If this is successful I will bet more suppliers move to this same model. It cuts out a lot of redundant and wasteful paperwork while achieving the same security. Everything is digital and formatted to move through the ATF in record time.
Also with S-C being the only one using the new format, it probably helps their processing times.
S-C still uses an instate FFL but they do their part while you are waiting on the background, so no lost time.
If this works out everyone will be doing the same process! DR
