My neighbor, who lives on 40 acres at the end of a quarter mile long road, got a knock on her door last night at 11PM, which freaked her out.

At her gate, which she never closes, she does have a No Trespassing sign.

I decided to look up the signage laws of Oregon, and apparently you have to include your name, address, and phone number on the No Trespassing sign for it to be legal.

I have No Trespassing signs on my gates, which I keep closed and locked, but I only have my phone number on them, in permanent marker, which fades quickly in the sun.

I guess I'm going to have to figure out a better way of printing on my No Trespassing signs, and include my name and address.
