Can anyone recommend a user friendly ballistics calculator for iPhone?
I am not experimenting with hand loads, or 1000 yard shots, and I am not a hunter. I just want something that will take common firearms, common factory ammo for plinking and give me bullet drop info in yards and inches, not meters and centimeters. If this app also supported some com block cartridges too (i.e. 5.45x39) that would be great.
My range and my targets are in yards and inches. All things being equal, I'd rather not spend my time at the range with a notepad, a ruler, and a calculator.
I'm aware the Winchester app is free, but this is only for ammo mfg. by Winchester. I'm willing to pay for an app if it has the feature I want.
