So now this could be owned in Cal?

No. To be added to the California Not Unsafe Handgun Roster it would have to have microstamping, which no gun has. No new semiauto handguns have been added to the California Not Unsafe Handgun Roster since 2013, when then CA Attorney General and now US Senator and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris declared the technology ready for commercial application.

Northwest Armory has them in stock Portland Guns for Sale - Rifles - Tactical Guns - Handguns - Shotguns - Riflescope & Optics -Benchmade Knives

EDIT: To clarify, it can be owned but not sold new by a dealer in California. If you move to California you can bring it with you and even sell it to a private party (usually at a big profit). If you are a LEO you can buy any handgun on the roster or off-roster because according to California gun laws it is OK for LEOs to buy unsafe handguns.
