I did not see the video in the story. So don't know if its been made public or not. There is a great reason they have camera's in places like this. It protects the good, weeds out the bad.

This is something I have seen play out more times than I can count. Someone is put in charge of the money and there is easy to see NO oversight. Normally starts small with the person thinking they will pay it back. After time they get bold and when finally caught? Too late by then. Must be great for people who were giving money to the place to find out where it was going while no one was watching.
