Screech owl feathers for those of you who tie flies?

I have hit birds . dogs cats deer many deer .
A big hairy thing that looked like a a guy lol I didn't stop to check on any of them.
Cruise control was set and I don't swerve for animals.

But they are right possession of certain bird feathers could get you in trouble . Eagle feathers. Are the main ones.
Oh UNLESS you are NATIVE AMERICAN.
