Still may do well with Salmon flies (stone fly) . they hatch May- June in many of the Deschutes areas. Prefer dry but should be good wet or dry.

The salmonfly hatch was early this year, but the fish have good memories. Green drakes and caddis will be the way. West Fly is a good resource, as well as the fly shops near your stretch of river.

they there is deschutes river and fly camp... pretty sweet near warm springs. the opened more RV / camping spots this ytear.

Deschutes Angler has always been better to me.

I don't trout fish, but I see Caddis flies all summer long on my steelhead beat.
I also see Mayflies from time to time.
A nympher friend fishes Hare's Ear Nymph more than anything else.

Last year I fished there in June - around Fall River - Salmon Flies where killing it. Went back a few weeks later, they were done with those. Had to switch it up, best advice ask at a shop, some have flies posted online that are hot. Buy a couple flies while you're there If you have bank access during the later hours, I love stripping bigger minnow baitfish patterns. The browns love to hit them hard.
