It'd be nicer if there was somehow a way for SCOTUS to issue bench warrants and send the US Marshals and FBI after State officials for violating the Constitution under 18 USC 241 and 18 USC 242. (Conspiracy to deprive civil rights under color of law and criminalizes the deprivation of civil rights under color of law)

Edit, I understand that it would fall to the Federal AG and DOJ to prosecute which is very unlikely

Depends on the timetable... After Jan 20 it's Trump's DOJ, but if Red Flag Pam is AG the odds don't improve by much.
