"The driver had also been contacted by the same person or an accomplice instructing her through the Uber app to pick up a package for delivery from Brock's home, the Clark County Sheriff's Office told WKEF." So the scammer wasn't simply cold calling the eldery, it looks like it was a coordinated attack. I sure hope they catch the person/group that perpetrated this.
