It appears to be an n frame model 27 or 28, if it's a k frame it's a model 19. open the cylinder below the barrel and just in front of where the cylinder sits when closed, there is a flat area that should have the model number.

Between $400 and $500 without the box, paperwork, and original grips. That is assuming the lock-up is tight and there are no other mechanical issues...
