You do understand how ugly the recoil is going to be? I have a scandium 357 and it's like catching a Fernando Valenzuela with bare hands with a full power load. The 44mag is worse. Hogue rubber can help. A bit.

Yes I can take the recoil …
I carry and shoot .357 2 inch on the regular
And have shot these just not mine

If you cannot find one, you may want to look at the model 69. 5 shot 44Magnum in a L frame size. Very easy on the hip and enjoyable to shoot.
