Hey Bear, Were ya been?!?!? Sporter/Resto mod on the 03, pretty much any version, K-31 looking for a good complete receiver/bolt assembly to do a 6.5X55 barrel swap on, and a CG Barreled Receiver/bolt assembly! FAL, ANY THING, early kits and or parts, series 1 upper receiver, any Rhodesian lowers and parts. Got cash burnin a hole in my pockets! LOL

Grad school taking priority, and the politics got a little over the top here for a while. I just decided to lay off for a while.

I have a high number rock island that I'm considering offing. Drilled and tapped for a receiver sight, but no extra top holes. Re-blue, but not horribly scrubbed. Barrel is sporter with aftermarket iron sights. Keeping the stock its currently in.

Let me know if it interests you, what your plans are for it and I can get some photos tomorrow and perhaps talk a bit of turkey, so to speak...

That sounds like just my kind of set up! Definatly interested! Wouldn't happen to have a Redfield rear target sight would you? Also maybe a pachmear tip off scope mount? OR.................
You know me, I dig old school semi custom hunting rifles from the era where real craftsmen built things by hand, one rifle at a time.

How about this... I was thinking of driving to spokane to get it just because the 600rnd of ammo almost makes it worth it to me, but I'm on the fence.. he has a nice mosin too...

what a tragedy... I can't think of a more blasphemous sporterization... a resto would be a humanitarian effort.
