Looks like there is an mfg date range. I'd skip the recall and buy a Timney. Problem solved with a better trigger.

Yeah, that's what i would do, but my friend is not a "gun guy" per se and likely would be happy with the Remington fix.

Maybe Norelcos have controlled round feed. Ergos are WAY better than Remington.
