Anyone know of a range in/around PDX that has a lane for patterning a shotgun?
Ideally I'm looking to pattern at various distances using various chokes and ammo. I'm trying to find my shotgun's best combo of choke and shells for turkey, upland birds and waterfowl. Thanks.
Hillsboro trap and skeet has a patterning board to use. I suggest taking a can of spray pant with you if you go. They gave me a reeeeaaallllyyyyy old can of grey paint that looked more like cottage cheese than paint. It worked but some krylon would have been nice
It is private but maybe you could find someone to get you out to Tri County Gun Club in Sherwood. I used to be a member decades ago, was a nice facility even back then.
