What's really sad here, the P.T.B have known the sewage leaks and is prone to over flowing, and yet the 50+ years I have lived in the State, no one has done a phucking thing to stop it from happening!!!!
It's the same thing with Johnson's Creek, every one knows it floods, and yet they built up all around it and then bubblegum when it floods

Probably due to all the drainage being plugged with tents, needles, trash-filled shopping carts, cans/bottles, stolen bikes, paper shopping bags, anti-bacterial wipes, masks/T.P.....
