Found that on extraction of sizing die ram, excessive pressure is needed to fully extract it. Neck of 223 appears a little manhandled by die as well. One became stuck and was punched out but ram refused to be extracted and case needed to be cut open. Lubricated the inside of neck with water base Lee lub but still took too much pressure. Lee responded that is what is expected as die squeezes the neck during re-sizing and then must open the neck again on extraction. What are your experiences/solutions.

Back out the inner sizer/primer punch a little and tighten well. Are you using a small amount of lube on the case mouth as well?
