Kind of a wake up call that PGE can't get power working for a fairly large area downtown with all the current resources at their disposal.

Lots of lawyers, stockbrokers, and corp types sitting at home scratching their butts this week.

As opposed to being at the office scratching their butts! I'm sure they'll find a way to make the time spent billable.

You are more correct than you know. I set up a communications center for a one already, out of the owner's home. Can't give up that $$$$ even for a few days.
