pin & weld barrel in Olympia area

Anyone know of a shop that has experience properly pinning & welding flash hiders on an AR15 variant barrel? Prefer not to experiment with a smith that doesn't have the proper tools to handle this, since NFA rules are nothing to leave to chance.
