I used the one from the Oregon Sheriff's Association: Oregon Concealed Handgun Licensing | Oregon CHL. However, it looks like Kruelj's recommendation is much cheaper.

I used Online Oregon Concealed Handgun Permit Certification . Quick and easy, valid, and $38.

I don't recommend a stripped down on line course unless you are confident and knowledgeable. I grew up with forearms and have had previous training, however, when Mrs. 3M wanted her CHL I signed us both up for the face to face course at Threat Dynamics. I wanted her to get the full treatment as she has a different background. I took it with her so I would know the extent of their training to see if I felt it would fit her needs. It did - their course is excellent and recommend it for anyone who wants/needs more than online.
