Based on the Constitution stating that only Congress has legislative powers, therefore turning such power over to the executive branch would be unconstitutional.

Sigh, this has been hammered out many times at both the Federal and the State level. Congress created those agencies, and gave them "rulemaking" authority. Legally, that is not the same as legislating. Weasel words perhaps. But ask me how I know...

If it ain't chartered buy Congress, it ain't legal! Over 70 agencies are in fact illegal!
Never mind our last POTUS gave many of them Law Enforcent Powers, and weaponized them!
Please, some one wanna 'splain that one!

Institutional corruption. Lawyers, corporations, politicians, wall street, hollywood, news, schools, and so forth. It's easier to be corrupt and more profitable too. Why fight it? It just works. Well, it works for some. Change is hard when change means so many people with power will be required to accept defeat. People are too ignorant. The conflicts are too deep. The polarization is to much. The lies are too pervasive, well defended, and use 'science' for legitimacy. There is still hope. Hope is like peace. It is not a gift from God. It is a gift only we can give one another. We as people are the only ones who have the power to provide and sustain faith. If humanity fails to deliver hope in the face of catastrophe, then there is no possibility of survival. Existence loses much of its meaning and richness when devoid of the hope that the future will be better than the present, and when there is no longer any belief that humans have a role in shaping their destiny. The constitution was written a long time ago. I feel we need as a people to add several amendments to secure the blessings of liberty and to form a more perfect union to end institutional corruption. The constitution gives us this power. It is time.
