I don't think that Dillon make a powder cop for the 550. If they did I think that I would buy one. I just wonder if Dillon would say there is a possibility of getting a squib if everything is working right.

And you are correct. With only a 4 hole press you don't have room for a powder cop. Gotta go to a RCBS, Hornady or Dillon 650 to get the extra station.

I am not for sure how they work but I don't use all 4 holes. I seat and crimp all the same time. I will have to look to see if it would work on the 550

After reading the information I think that I can put it in the third hole and then my last die in the forth hole to seat and crimp.
