I bought this this upper when PSA released them but unfortunately I wasn't able to get my hands on a certain M16A2 clone lower I wanted to pair it with before they stopped shipping to WA state, so i'd rather sell it. It is brand new in the box and cost me $850 plus $20 shipping. My loss will save you on shipping. I'm asking $840 ftf in East Vancouver. Will trade for steel cased 7.62x39.
