Hey all. Can anyone recommend a good lawyer or person I can go to set up a trust. Preferably in the Clackamas/ Portland area. Looking to move many individual form 4 iteams to a trust come next year.

I had Silencer Shop set up my trust. $130 for a standard trust where you can add multiple items or $25 for a trust that contains only one item.

When your trust is set up, then you are the Settlor and can add or remove Trustees. I suggest you don't add any Trustees until all items have been added to simplify the process as each person in the Trust will undergo a background check each time an item is added.

I suggest Adaptive Firing Solutions in Oregon City to transfer the items from you to the trust. Note that there will be a charge for each item transferred regardless of who you go through. I'm glad I set up my trust before my second NFA purchase.
