So with the new bill that pass, for SBR, does this mean I can take my SB3 brace off my 300 blackout and put a rifle stock on it? Or it does not work like that?

Nah bro – the brace rule is dead and buried (vacated July '25, DOJ dropped the appeal).
Keep the SBA3, run it braced all day – zero stamp needed.
But slap a real rifle stock on that <16" 300BLK? Still an SBR. Form 1 or felony.
Braces won, actual stocks didn't.
