Portland is already working on it. Apparently the planning council believes everyone should ride bicycles to work, in the rain. Most 4 lane roads reduced to two, grassy swales everywhere tons eliminating parking spots, parking and road barriers for no reason, massive amounts of condos built with zero parking for the tenants. And of course now peopel are mad because cars forced to drive down residential streets.
