So i cleaned my glock 19 gen 3 last night and something was off to me.

I bought the gun brand new a year ago and it only has 200 rds down the pipe. I cleaned the extractor as well, and when i installed it, I think I may have done it wrong.

I looked at other pics of glock 19 on the web, and the ones on the web looks like it is slanted down.

I hand cycled the rounds and it did extract fine, but why does my extractor looks different?

Your extractor is correct! That small raised area is a loaded chamber indicator that sticks out slightly past the side of the slide so you can visually see, or feel it with your fingers in low-light. ;)
