Apparently someone saw the shooter run away. No further info yet.

That would be the 10th murder in January, putting Pdx on pace for 120 murders. There were 92 in 2021, 55 in 2020, 36 in 2019, 33 in 2018, 27 in 2017, and 20 in 2016.
