So I saw a gun on another forum that was finished in melonite, and it looked great. After reading that it had 14,000 rounds through it and there was not a single flaw in the finish, I thought I would check it out. I called up the guy that did the melonite, only to have my heart broke when he told me he would not do the melonite on a chrome lined barrel. So now I am looking for something similar. Any thoughts??
