I really like the Ruger Precision. I like the adjustability of the stock and capacity. Mags are very reasonable also.

keep in mind CZ has discontinued 17hmr versions of the CZ 452. they are gradually killing the entire 452 line off in favor of the 455.

Actually, the CZ 452 was replaced by the 455 years ago. Now the 455 has been dropped in favor of the new 457 models. I have been quite satisfied with the two 455's I have in .22 lr and the .17HMR barrel kit I scored 3 years ago from Midway for less than $150 is more accurate than my Savage 93R17 TR.

I bought a Marlin 917-v a few years ago, and mounted a Leupold 3-9x40 on it. That rifle is hands down, THE most accurate rifle out of the box I've ever fired. Not an expensive rifle, but a tack-driver none-the-less. Sub MOA @ 100 yards. Excellent varmint killer.

I have a marlin 981-t in .22 cal. very accurate as well.

Iv had multiple of all types and the older savage with the step down heavy barrels shoot good
But I'd say a cz is one of the most accurate rifles out of the box

So I should dump my four Anschutzs for Tikkas? Not likely. Don't get me wrong, I love my TX3s, but the Annies are beyond compare.
