That's a pretty good deal, I just bought the same model but with "One Key" for $260, with no battery. I think the cheapest I found this model for the bare tool was $220, and those batteries are expensive.
Also, this thing has more power than my top of the line IR 1/2" air impact, I did a bunch of tests with it on Friday.
