Fixed Membership Gifting

Having an issue with this, says it's not available.

Is this correct?
Some members it's allowed, others such as the one I want to anonymously gift, says that I cannot.

Not sure if this is due to new members vs seasoned members?

Turns out it's not member age specific, I've found a few 2016 era members I cannot 'gift'.
Could it be a post count? Activity level?

I can though, gift a member who just joined 37 minutes ago a membership.

I cannot give any memberships to The Heretic (for reference), same error message.

The more I look at members, the more I don't see any consistency with the error.
Although, @DB is Here I don't have access to the "other" view for naughties to see if there is a correlation there.

Humm..................Never ran into that before!
The several I gifted went right through with no issues!
I wonder if the members in question don't have some settings turned on?

I believe this is related to this issue, which I'm still waiting to hear back about

Fixed - Supporting memberships

Is it just me or did the supporting memberships options disappear. I noticed my monthly renewal didn’t happen and I went to do it again but can’t find it.

Your last post is valid. A Bronze is the common link. I tried @Ura-Ki with bronze, no dice.
