My question still is if 4150 is vetoed and with the OSC in agreement with M114 then the measure would be law soon at that point .... or am I missing some info here ?

NOW – if HB 4145 fails, we're no worse off than we were going into the session. We will have an Oregon Supreme Court result in the coming months (expected August-November). If HB 4145 passes, we will still get that Oregon Supreme Court result, plus Ballot Measure 114 will be on hold until January 1, 2028. This gives us time to launch a repeal ballot measure, for SCOTUS to potentially rule on Duncan v. Bonta or Gator's Custom Guns, and time for the federal Ballot Measure 114 cases to see their case proceed to the 9th circuit
