There have been a few "high profile" stories like this since they first started these things. Of course the people who get caught are going to get some rather heavy Fed prison time. Not to mention the Fed's will be pretty tough on just seizing assets to pay it back. So I very much doubt any of the people who do this will in the end think the "fun" was really worth it.
