See, thats how ridiculous the whole thing is. Lets make a 5 letter word, scope, and turn into four words and the contract it down to something that is ine letter less, but three more syllables to say.

Or or or, use acronyms for typing and writing and just say what they are in actual speech.

Its what I would do, but then again I'm from outer space. We do things differently, like eat dessert before dinner.

I am a big advocate/user of scout scope configurations.

Leupold's scout scopes don't have enough eye relief, so I have to go with pistol scopes, and only one scope maker sells a pistol scope with less low power than 2X (Weaver).

I don't know why that is - maybe there is some optical problem with making low magnification optics with long eye relief? :s0092:

Although it is pronounced, "Cigars", it's spelled "CigarsYK'&@q". The YK'&@q is silent though but I demand that you recognize it and validate my feelings. o_O

We just used to call them scopes. It was a crazy time though. Boys lost their virginity before the age of 30. Most of us were out of the house by the time we were 18 or 19. Girls were girls and the boys didn't wanna be one.

And if a HOT young female teacher give a teen age boy a special lesson we did not run to the media and the law crying about it. We kept our mouth shut and hoped for a 2nd helping,
