Looking for custom kydex knife sheath maker

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a custom kydex knife sheath maker. Ideally they/you would be located somewhere in between Hillsboro and Tualatin so I don't have to mail anything out.

I'm specifically looking for someone to make a sheath for a Spyderco Street Beat like the one below.
