Why not just post it John, so we all can see it. I don't know of anything like that unless it's a manufacture's return to the original purchaser, for warranty, or repair and that doesn't constitute a "Purchase".:huh:

Transfer of firearms intrastate is legal even when not FTF. USPS can be used for long guns between unlicensed people. Common carrier for handguns only.

I have done it and USPS is fine for long guns. Common carriers, UPS & FedEx, will not knowingly ship a handgun without a licensed dealer/manufacturer on either end. That has killed a deal recently for me.

I just read the initiative, seems like another unenforceable law that legislators here in Washington love pass. My guess is that it will pass, unfortunately.

Not if you and your pals all vote against it.
