loader and die compatability

I found out dad has 2 reloaders... a Hornady and a Lee... What dies are compatible with these 2???? Can i use any, like RCBS and the knock offs with these two, or is only Lee / Hornady dies allowed with these?

Standard dies will work in both.. Lee being usually the least expensive,

The key is matching the thread on any dies to the threads on the press. Most are 7/8 x 14 so interchanging is simple. Just check that fact before doing any purchasing. Those details are front and center on any manufacturer's materials and websites.
