FWIW, as cheap as used computers are the practice I follow is to dedicate computers to specific specialized tasks. CNC, 3D printing, 3D table router, etc. all get their own computers running only the software that has been proven for each operation.
Past experience has shown me that it's MUCH easier to diagnose a problem if I'm running a clean install of the recommended O.S. / APP.

Also be patient awaiting answers pertaining to Bambu.

As has been said google is your buddy.

The You Tube video posted in post #13 shows step by step process - I do not have a chromebook but what I saw looks good. They even provided all the comands you need to run, Have you tried to follow that - if so where is not working?

Normally on Mac, which is a simple click to download software. But thanks to a roommate, my Macbook screen is cracked and I am using ASUS as a backup. I have zero idea what is going on here and while it may sound stupid, I am lost.

Suggest using an external monitor. Cheap at your local computer recycler.

Note to self, recycle defective roommate.:s0026:

Is this a new chrome book an older one? If oldrr the chromebook may have issues. If this process completes I would go to the next step as I feel your in the terminal with an interface which may be an older version of bash. If it completes I would go to the next step.
