I have some Lee dies, but want to move up to a micrometer system like Hornaday offers. I was looking at the Hornady add-on that they sell for their New Dimension dies, and it looks like the same coarse thread that is on the top of the Lee seat die. Has anyone tried putting the Hornady micrometer into the Lee die, and does it have enough length to work right?
I know, I know. Quit being so cheap and just order the Hornaday dies with the micrometer. But if it worked that would be cool too.
