Needless to say, the real abuse here is this awful law and its ability to terminate your constitutional rights, which begs the question: How can these abusive Red Flag laws pass constitutional muster?
They wouldn't if they were actually challenged in federal court and had an Originalist on the bench. That said, the state's "compelling interest" argument might trump the Constitution on this one in Court's view.

That said, I note RCW 7.94.120(1), which notes a gross misdemeanor for knowingly making a false report under RCW 7.94. It needs to be bumped up to a felony in my book. Oh, and 7.94.120 expires on 7/1/2022 and includes the penalty for violating the ERPO too.

Absolutely. You false Red Flag someone you should do prison time and make anyone filing one sign a letter confirming they have been made aware of it. Been down the lying vindictive c**t route too many times.

We tried to stop senseless killings and violence by preventing police from enforcing laws, but it wasn't enough.

Then we stopped holding criminals or requiring bail while they awaited trial, but that wasn't enough.

Same with just dismissing charges altogether, and still it wasn't enough.

We tried safe spaces to guarantee that all potential victims would be unable to defend themselves against stronger or armed criminals and madmen, but even that wasn't enough to make us safe.

Then we fired hundreds of police officers across the country in an effort to stops the killings and violence, still not enough.

Next we let violent offenders and murderers out of prison, usually not telling their victims or the people that testified against them. Still not enough as the violence kept increasing.

The only common sense thing we haven't tried is disarming law abiding citizens and renaming the USA as The Gotham Safe Zone.

It's guaranteed enough to stop all the senseless killings and then we can finally turn our attention to Domestic Terrorists and other people who vote wrong or are otherwise guilty of wrongthink.

They have different goals than we do.
