Very cool to see! But, shouldn't this go in the tourist trap thread??? Just kiddin' this volcano has been a tourist trap for decades now, I just wish that I'd seen it when I went there over twenty years back.

My brothers girlfriend came out from Michigan for a visit and he told me she was concerned about our volcanoes. I'm a native and didn't realize some people aren't so chill about our beautiful mountains! I for one love them and would like to see another eruption in my lifetime. I was very young when st Helen's blew but I like geology and find it fascinating!

Yes, a small amount as the lava runs out into the ocean.
