I just took a look at Kel Tec website and there's a new notice that they are resuming shipping magazines and firearms to Oregon. This notice has just been put up very recently.

OREGON MAGAZINE NOTICE
Until further legal notice, we will prioritize & ship all magazine and firearm orders to Oregon.
